Overpriced. They'd charge you by the minute if they could. The old Jubilee park was better, just a quiet no frills pool. Being made to pay those exorbitant parking fees though, whilst parking officers circulate constantly, is just grotesque. Just go to the beach, its 2 minutes away and its free.

I have been to the PARC facilities various times with my friend who is a full member. I cannot fault the the premises in any way. We have been there at times for 2-3 hours and the attendants are always aproachable and friendly. They are very aware of what is happening in and around the pool at all times. I am intending to become a full time member shortly.I would have no hesitation in recommending the facility to everyone who wants a fantastic centre which caters for all people of all ages.Frankston should be very proud of this new facility.

Great kids' pool (with adventure playground and water features) and 2 big water slides. There can be a long wait for the slides on weekends.Parking is paid, however some of the parking fee is refundable when you pay the entry ticket. It is 5 minutes walk from Frankston railway station.Water quality in the toddlers pool is suspect.

Pools are constantly being shut down, slides too. Staff don't notify you of it when you pay at the front desk so it's a bit of too bad so sad once you go in. Carpark is always full and the cost for it is over the top too. I honestly would travel to somewhere else for a better run aquatic facility. It looks like this one is neglected. Frankston Council aren't well known for taking care of their aquatic facilities. They let Jubilee Park pool go too and now it's been bulldozed. I wonder how long it will be before this one is too.

Great place to relax especially in winter as it's lovely and warm inside, great pools and slides. Sometimes there's no hot water in the showers and it can get super noisy on hot busy days. Even then still worth it as membership also gives access to the outdoor pool in Frankston North (with another waterslide).

I absolutely love this centre. It's the best thing I have ever done in my life. I became a member after my 1st visit and I attend at least 4 times a week minimum, all for less than $10.00 week!!!!I have no problems with parking even when the centre is extremely busy. My parking is for free and I also get a locker for free because I am a member. From the staff and attendants there is always a friendly smile as well as them being very helpful. In fact, I left my wallet one day at the centre and they had already rung my home number to tell me, before I was even home!. I commend the staff highly for their honesty & speed in getting back to me.We are very fortunate in the city of Frankston to have such a great swimming facility.

The best pool facilities I have ever used. Great spa, sauna and hydro pool. Always plenty of lap lanes available. Great gym with all new state of the art equipment! Terrific trainers and staff are all very friendly and always happy to assist in any way they can.

This place is probably the best acqua centre one can get and compared to others available in/around Melbourne. It is nicely kept = very clean. Staff is friendly. Parking is no drama if one is a bit patient and if coming at peak times: otherwise, no problem and one gets the $ paid for the 2 hour parking back. The only reason why I don't give 5 stars is because the annual membership is a bit steep and one has to also paid for joining the club UNLESS one can affor to pay a lump sum upfront (not that easy these days) - It is good to have separate facilities for kids . Sufficient changing rooms : separaate ones for groups. Got to say that LOVE THIS PLACE. Some negative comments are actually invalid but, again...who can please everybody? Keep the good work : it is appreciate by many families like ours.

Went to pool with my 2 year old daughter tonight. Went after the freeway clear3d.so it was 7pm when we entered. Being a summer day I expected it to be moderately busy. It was dead, but worse still all the waterside were closed at 7pm. I thought well we still have 2 hours until closing time at 9pm. Not so, they closed the children's pools at 7.30pm. Visit was a total disappointment.
