Staff need to be proactive and go to the desk to serve waiting customers . They shouldn't need to wait for the bell to be dinged. Younger staff were very friendly.

The Staff here are ABSOLUTELY lovely!!! They ask if you need help and if you dont they are happy to go away and Come when back when you need them.. they dont push you to buy items you dont need. Always putting you in the best direction for your needs..dont even have to be embarrassed if its personal or care items.. just be straight up they are happy to help..Will Allways Use this Pharmacy.

Paula went above and beyond on a recent visit. She was at the till and came to my immediate aid, when I was unable to locate a certain ‘flavour’ of a sale product. With a big smile and assurances it was ‘no problem, she literally searched the store from roof to warehouse until locating me the very last 12 available, at a saving of around $200. On checking out, she said “I love making people’s day”. Bravo Paula (or was it Pauline? My memory is fading) You are what ‘customer service’ is all about!
