Really hit and miss. Last visit got foils and it was yellow blocks. Was pretty disappointed. Hairdresser most more interested in getting me out of there. Didn’t say anything because I really did not trust she would know how to fix it. Ended up being an expensive mistake. Would not go here again for anything more than a trim or one colour.Now working with a new hairdresser to fix it

got my hair totally transformed by mia! she did such an amazing job, she communicated everything so well and listened to my ideas. very happy with it and am excited to come back :))

As being my first time to ever dye my hair I was really excited to get highlights. I was willing to travel an hour there and back on the first day to only be disappointed paying a amount of $300 for dreadful obvious blocks of highlights. I was upset and just wanted to leave. I called the salon the next day and was told that I cannot get my full refund, was told to come in store so they can give a partial refund of $130 and to fix it. This seemed fair… I had travelled the far length again for them to again mess up my hair, the owner had left without making sure my hair was fixed as he promised. They didn’t fix it and messed it up even more. I left being told the owner will call me the next day and is willing to give me a FULL REFUND. I left with my hair wet and I was furious. The third day the owner had not called me so I had to call the salon again, only being able to get the $130 refund :( not even worth 1 star!! Never go here!!!

Got a haircut from the wonderful Nina and am so happy with it.First haircut in 4 years and was a little daunted by the prospect of getting back in the saddle but Nina was the nicest and most relaxed character. I knew instantly that I had found my hairdresser for the years to come in the first 2 minutes of speaking with her.Highly recommend for the cut and the chats :)

I’ve been going to Biba Eastland for a few years now, and i’ve always been super happy with the results! I used to get my colour done and it was always exactly what i wanted, now i just get a cut from Kathy and she’s amazing. She always cuts and styles my hair exactly how i ask, and gives me solid advice too. Thanks so much Kathy!!

I just walked in and asked for some thinning out of my hair. Heather was so kind and understanding of exactly what I was looking for. She really knows what she’s talking about and is very professional about it. Would recommend!! Loved my hair after this and she gave some great tips!

I have been seeing Micheal for a few years now and have never been disappointed. I have curly hair that is hard to cut and colour (i have never left happy from other salons) but Micheal always takes his time to talk through what i want done and I always leave loving my hair even more. Can't thank all the wonderful staff enough for the attentive service.HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

Booked an appointment for a hair styling appointment for a close friends engagement party. On arrival the 2 staff stared at me for like 5 mins. When one of the guys finally came over I was told that my appointment was cancelled. I explained that I have 4 children and that they sometimes have my phone so I didn’t see the message. Instead of trying to assist he basically told me bad luck. So disappointed with the level of attitude. No apology just a snobby attitude issue. Read some of the other reviews before posting this and maybe the owner needs to do some customer relation training with the staff. Pretty general consensus that the staff have poor attitude. I also work in a business where appointments are made and cancelled but never would I speak to my clients the way he spoke to me
