Unfortunately I have nothing good to say. Stuffed up my bridesmaids dresses (all of them) seamed them crookedly and one shoulder was always shorter than the other on all dresses, looks incredibly bad and is now unfixable so ruined my wedding. Also very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience with having family members coming over whilst booking you in for an appointment.

I have known this lady for many years & I have always gone to her for my clothing alterations. Very professional & good service.She has just recently taken up 3 dresses for me & they look amazing. She also made me 2 bolero Jackets to match my dresses. Also very reasonable price. I would recommend Frances to everyone who needs clothing alterations.Not unprofessional at all as someone else said in a review.Good work Frances Turner.
