Not far from town, plenty of parking and a great loop to walk. Nice in the summer for a dip as well!

Blue Hole Picnic Area
A lovely spot to go for a walk, and maybe a dip.Turn right, as you drive in, and park in the car park. Simple toilets, and a barbecue area; lead to shady creek side walking tracks. The more adventurous may like to follow the creek, swimming, and wading to amazing rock formations.

Great place for a picnic and a wander through the bush. The old viaducts are fascinating too.

Top spot. First area has picnic tables and easy walks, second spot had bbq spaces and many more walks. Blue hole itself is a fabulous spot.

Was very wet when we were there. Still good place for picnic, bbq, shelter shed and Toilet.

This is a beautiful spot to visit! Hang out under the trees by the water, or take the 5k loop walk for some amazing views and pretty country. The walk is relatively flat, so can be completed by kids, maybe 6 and up depending on their energy levels.

I love this place a lot, Great picnic areas absolutely loved the beautiful walks, You can bring a skateboard or a scooter and ride there awesome family place.
