Worst moving experience I've ever had. Moved from Hervey Bay to Inverell (656km). Biggest regret was paying cash upfront as requested by Wade.- Arrived 6 hours late. Initially organised for 6am, didn't receive a message until 6:45am saying between 9:30am-10am. Received a phone call at 11:30am 20mins away. They arrived after 12:30pm.- It took 4 men 3 hours (12 man hours) to load a two bedroom household worth of belongings onto the truck. They also unplugged and took a power lead that ran to a roller door leaving my partner unable to lockup the house when they left. They also forgot some outdoor items.- I was told that they would still be arriving in Inverell that afternoon/evening and that I would be updated from the drivers - this never happened.- 11:00pm still no update from drivers. At 1:36am I was told that they will not be making it and they will arrive around 5am the next day. This left me, my partner and her child sleeping on the floor in an empty house.- 6:30am the next day they finally arrive. First thing off the truck is my motorbike and the removalist drops it due the steering lock being turned on. As the removalist injured his leg it was left to my partner, myself and the second removalist to unload the full truck.It was quite clear that Wade was shuffling jobs around taking on more than he can handle and instead of informing us of this, so that we could arrange accomodation he just kept coming up with excuses. I'm leaving this review as I would hate other families to experience this. Especially when paying $3000 without insurance as he doesn't offer it.
