Not enough people to help you when it comes to photos/prints at the desk or by the self serve, waiting time is ridiculous. The staff are friendly and helpful when you finally get someone but the waiting time just to ask a simple question or evan to be served is outrageous.

Staff helped me find the right charging cable for my Android mobile. Super helpful staff member in the printing section. Would not have been able to complete the printing I needed for my class the following day without their assistance. They were patient, polite, knowledgeable - a pleasure to work with

They lost thankyou cards for a wedding, took hours to do and they had no record of it. Said they would refund and give a gift card for the inconvenience..I don't live in adelaide and had to get mum to go to the Noarlunga store from largs bay...no gift card, just a refund..would not recommend them at all

Absolutely appalling service. Save yourself the time and hassle and go somewhere else. Not only did staff not know what products where on their store (paint) but I waited for half an hour for items to be printed and I hadn’t even been served yet. So went over to the two self serve printers, and they were both out of use as they had no toner. Just a complete waste of time.

I placed a click and collect order on the 6th of July. Upon going to collect it that evening (I was that annoying customer at comes in 2 minutes before close, haha), there had accidentally been a mix up between my click and collect order and someone else's, and unfortunately my specific item was out of stock. Scott was super apologetics and went above and beyond to try and rectify the issue, offering me the same product but just in a different colour, OR said he would work back a bit to get the item in from another store ASAP. I said getting in from another store would be preferable. My item was ready at around noon next day, but because of the mix up, another worker, Jo (Joseph?) offered to actually drop it off to where I was once he finished his shift at 3.Bloody legends! Thanks so much guys for the super customer service and for sorting everything out for me!!

I have been here many times and previously good.One visit can change everything.Week of 17th Jan 20231] A disinterested male assistant on entry failed to truly assist to locate a product until asked two different times.2] WORSE! A disinterested MALE failed to truly assist in the Printing section by:2a) Limiting us to TWO copies of a small 4 page booklet despite us being the ONLY customers there,2b) Referring US to do Self Service when we needed SERVICE for a BUSINESS PRESENTATION DOCUMENT to ensure the highest standard of Material Choices, then2d) Then he NOT checking the first copy for PRINTABILITY and PAGING - Resulting in two useless bound copies then,2e) Refusing me the ability to quickly check his settings for Paging to ensure it was correct!Nett result a wasted 1st trip to UNHELPFULNESS and NO RESULT.3] After 40 years in Senior Business the BUSINESS PRINCIPLEs are SIMPLE.Helpful and Performing Staff - DRIVE REVENUES by CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.'Staff Helpfulness' makes a difference when they understand it drives Revenues which CREATES Profitability AND their JOBS!!!"Neither occurred and was COMPLETELY MISSED on this visit."Officeworks needs to LEARN that some people want PERSONAL SERVICE with the PRINT CAPABILITIEs to get a TOP BUSINESS RESULT."4] 'FINALE' 25th Jan 2023On my 3RD VISIT to pick up my 4 x Business Documents

Officeworks are pushing everyone to use self service printing. They charge double the amount if you go to the service desk. Unfortunately, I need to print government documents which (for some reason) won't print on the self service photocopiers. When I go to the service desk I'm questioned. I just want my documents printed, I don't want to have a discussion about it or to justify my reasons for going to the service desk. Also, Officeworks if you want people to use self service you need to have more than two photo copiers and they need to be in working order. Having one machine out of action , having to wait while staff at the service desk are free to assist and as a customer not 'allowed' to utilise this service is very poor service in my opinion. I will be looking for an alternative printing service in the future. I think you need to reassess your customer service.

Cannot fault the service I received when visiting the Noarlunga store a few weeks ago. Sorry I cannot remember names but the young man that served me had excellent customer service with a smile and helped me out to the car with my purchase.One of the chair arm rests was damaged and after a phone call to the store the Manager rang me back, arranged a replacement part to be posted to me which arrived in a matter of days. Excellent customer service all round.Thank you

This review is purely for the Photo and Printing side of the business. They only had one operational computer for photo printing so the wait time was infuriatingly long. A situation made worse by the recent closure of Big W photo at Colonnades.The photo booth is slow and once finished you have to line back up to pay for your prints because the eftpos for it doesn't work.The photocopying and printing seems overly complicated especially considering its mainly used by ppl who are not so tech savvy. The single person manning the section had to constantly call for help from other sections.This is obviously a popular service for the store, therefore I would recommend an investment in a system upgrade.For those looking to print passport photos for Australian passports. Better off spending extra money and getting it done at a post office where the strict requirements are up to date. Apparently, apart from size restrictions, these pictures also need to be on 200gsm glossy paper. The pictures I got printed from Officeworks were on satin, thin paper and not suitable. That's on me.The clerks were apologetic & tried their best but were clearly under the pump. Hopefully it'll get better for them in the future.

Took too long get any service even though you can see multiple staff chatting around the entrance doing nothing or supposed Covid marshals? And you have to endure the audio PA system which is crackly and harsh to listen to. I asked them what’s wrong with the system and they said they don’t know it’s always been like that. Well, how about get it fixed? They even neglects the car park garden wasting water on weeds with nothing growing.
