EGP Energy Solutions

We purchased our inital set up of solar panels and fronius inverter from EGP Energy about 5 years ago. End of January our fronius inverter wouldn't turn on as usual. We called and left 4 messages (on a friday). We thought we may hear from them by Monday but we did not get a returned call at all.We rang Fronius support in the end to get an idea of what the issues was, which they informed us they were sending us a new inverter. Due to no repsonse from EGP we use another installer to get power back up and running asap and had to pay for the install when this would have been covered under the warrenty....Almost 2 weeks later we have not had a returned call from EGP Energy Solutions.Very disappointing to know that this is the 'after sales' service. Thus the 1 star review.....
