The day before my twin girls 11th birthday they tested positive for covid putting us into isolation. I placed a last minute order with Ballon Inflation and they arrived in time for their birthday the next day. The surprise really made their day. Thanks for your help.

My daughter turned 12 during lockdown, and to make her day a bit brighter we ordered a bunch of rainbow balloons. Balloon Inflation were helpful, fast and squeezed us into a busy delivery day. The balloons are so colourful and they've lasted, floating around our ceiling for a whole week! Thanks so much!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. 1 foil balloon was damaged on arrival. Called immediately and the owner was rude and condescending implying that I damaged the foil balloon. Didn't offer to make things right. Also, the other balloons completely deflated within 24 hours. When we called, the owner again wouldn't take responsibility citing that the our atmospheric pressure" and conditions weren't right for them. Thank you for selling us rapidly deflating balloons."

THANK YOU Balloon Inflation! Due to COVID my Mother-In-Law's big 60th birthday event was cancelled. At the last minute, we decided to have an intimate family gathering in October and I rang the team less than 48 hours before the day. They delivered and exceeded all of our expectations! I would highly recommend them, Ken was lovely to deal with and made this process so easy!
