Quality job! Couldn't ask for more, good price, serious car people. Lot of classic cars coming in and out whilst I was there. Roy Jnr gave good serious advice & didn't try to rip me off with products I didn't need or want, not like some other places when I was quoted. Love the sound, cheers!!

SHOCKING! Called up and was told to bring the vehicle in due to cancellation to fix a system supplied by them under warranty. I had travelled over an hour to find they had 'automatically booked me in for later on that day'. Rude and terrible customer service, no attempt to resolve and only tried to justify/cover up their mistake. I will be reporting them to FairTrade Ombudsman. Plenty of other exhaust shops out there. Thumbs Down!

I contacted Exhaust Factory to confirm a Remus exhaust I was looking at purchasing for my Octava RS would sound how I wanted - Jenni was quick to respond and answer my questions. Then when it came time to ordering a week later I was kept up to date with shipping and details via email (even some after hours) and then my exhaust ended up arriving over a week earlier than expected, and in perfect condition and packaging. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Took my mk7.5 golf gti to get a Remus exhausts. The team did a really good job. Was happy with the customer service and the job on my car.
