I think Linda is so helpful. She explains the products in an easy to understand way, very helpful when you're Ill.Prices have become more affordable as well.

11/2/19 I was passing through the area and stopped into the chemist. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. Amber, who looked after me, listened to my needs and then made a recommendation. I also was able to obtain from this store and item I needed for swimming and was pleasantly surprised to see they had just the thing. I had gone to a big sport company and they didn't even know what I was talking about. Thank goodness I had the need to pop into this chemist. You can enter the chemist via the Drs surgery or through their own front door.

I was in there this morning getting my scripts made up and had my 15 yr old Son with me, i was paying for my scripts when the staff member who is an older lady with a bad cough banged on the counter infront of my son and barked at him Lady comming through, I am astounded at her lack of customer service skills and her utter rudeness. She could have just said, excuse me please mate could you move so this lady can get to the counter. I will not be going back even though its my closest pharmacy.

Staff more interested in socialising than serving. Owners don't highly regard customer service obviously.9.1.2023 Update.They don't dispense medications if it is 3 days before it is meant to be. They said it is there personal decision to do so when i questioned them. Come on, who has the time to go to the chemist on the due date of every script in the family. Just ridiculous.
