I had the worst experience in my hair cut , and I used to get my hair cut by a female barber which was a great experience. This time, a male barber did not have any problems when he during hair cut. However, when he washing my hair, he did not ask me about the temperature and water pressure, but directly washed my hair with the maximum water pressure. The worst part is that he massaged my head with excessive force, which caused pain in my temple for a day and forced me to go to the Olympic Park for emergency treatment. Until now, my temple is still painful. I doubt whether he have the professional ability to massage head, if not, please don't hurt the guests.

Called in on the off chance I could get a shampoo and blow dry and I gotta say it’s the best shampoo and head massage I have ever had. They use good quality shampoo conditioner. The massage chair at the basin was great as well.

Bad experience. Did colouring in this salon but the colour is totally different to what we discussed. So what I required was a bit green colour and I don’t want any red. But as you see my hair is more like orange / brown.Also, the top part is a bit lighter. Normally it will only happen when your top is black and the rest is different colour but my hair was all black so it shouldn’t be like that.They offered me to go back and dye it again to be more green for free which is good customer service but I just don’t have confidence in this salon anymore.

Its easy to be a professional hairdresser, but it’s hard to maintain the exceptional service from consultation to delivery for each services. And Roni has made it!!!I have been Roni’s client for 12 years and always happy with the results. Roni is a wonderful hairdresser！She is someone who has extensive professional experience and she listens，makes comments and adjustments to suit my individual needs. it’s obvious that she is passionate about her work and always client centred. And the prices are reasonable, quick and efficient service.

Rony cut my hair yesterday, the girl with the grey hair. I have never had such a clean cut in my life, i had a bob and its completely clean and straight from every angle. She knows what looks good and how hair works. She spent heaps of time making sure it was perfect and she is just the nicest ! The salon is so cute and comfortable and the team nice and welcoming. As for the price i dont think is crazy for such a good job she did.

Such an amazing experience I've ever had in a salon in Sydney. I dyed my hair twice and quality of my hair still smooth. Roni has magic hands and she always can mixed the colour I wanted. Staff are also very considerable. Even though need to sit in the salon for couple hour but it's 100% worth it!

I am very picky and particular about who cuts my hair so it's been wonderful to find Roni. Her hair cuts have suited my taste and preference. Her cutting is very sophisticated which makes the result seem so effortless. I highly recommend her. The team there are extremely friendly, effective and efficient. Their customer service is lovely.
