Initial service told me I needed a new filter and pump - over $2000. Pool cleaner then didn't get up the walls. Was called a liar by the service guy who fitted it who told me the Zodiac would 'never make it up the walls' in spite of doing so for 20 years of having them. Was then charged for chemicals I'd already bought from the shop for servicing - THEN - was told I could do a 'minor' job by a new service guy to fit a backflow valve (which he actually said he thought would have been done when they fitted the new pump and filter) - half an hour's work - no quote - subsequently invoiced almost $250 which included $66 callout charge 'to maintain the fleet' when I was 5 kilometers from the shop. I asked another company I've used for my Zodiac pool cleaners for a quote - $85. I had my last pool guy for 15 years without an issue - AND had reports of exactly what had been done every visit. Mike in the shop is very nice but the service and their treatment of me was dreadful.

Great place to get ya pool gear first class service

Sorry you have lost another customer. I have been very patient over the years with the same customer service person and his attitude.Yesterday (Sunday) he was rude from the get go in front of other customers. There was no reason for him to talk to me the way he did, I was after a simple request to test my water. He did not want to test my water in which I had to insist. He then advised I had “better buy the products” . He printed off the sheet and slapped it in front of me and walked away. I waited , he did not return so I walked out.Needless to say the testing results told me it was unsafe for my children to swim in.His behaviour 8/10 times is like that which I have been tolerant of until now. Maybe a role other than customer service will be a better fit for this person.

I am very impressed, they were brilliant and serviced my pool within a few days. the follow up advice was spot on and my green cloudy pool is now sparkling crystal clear. Also really friendly and didnt charge a fortune. i rarely write reviews but they deserve it.

Ok so I did a review a few yrs ago where I wasn't happy with the customer service of one of the employees there, but now gee these guys have great information helpful as anything offering you only what you need without going over the top thanks for your advice Michael keep up the good work 5 stars all the way. Most knowledgeable, helpful and reliable pool shop in Logan.. can't express how good these guys are! The service is fast you couldn't ask for a better pool shop they literally have everything you need with the answers to all your questions
