Dry missing ingredients on pizza hard like cardboard iv never had a experience like this I don't understand the staff making them can see there is no ingredients on top of the pizza the base of the my pizza was bubbling from... no cheese or ingredients and my family went hungry thanks dominoes..

Domino’s Pizza Warrawong
Ordered the new ice cream sandwich, but the waffle part was extremely hard I couldn’t eat it because it felt like I was going to break my teeth. Also, a young girl in the back cooking pizzas was giving me and my partner filthy looks. The place is general was a mess and didn’t look very hygienic as well as the manager was wearing a dirty hi vis shirt and touching food without gloves.

Very surprised to see Dominos home delivery girl riding what appeared to be an electric bike on a very dark, wet night, wearing all black without a helmet. She was riding across the pedestrian section at the lights opposite Mc Donalds. Surely wearing something visible and wearing a helmet are priorities for the management at Dominos Warrawong. Do you care about the safety of your staff?

Last time they forgot the spring onion on my pizza, I couldn't eat the pizza knowing that my dreams of eating green crisp spring onion was just that, a dream. This time, I ordered a deep pan and got original base, had to throw the pizza in the bin and cried for about 2 hours.

Took over an hour for pizza to arrive when I live a 10 minute drive from the store. Pizza was poorly made chips were cold and soggy. Only were given a lousy pepsi for the delay. The gps was highly inaccurate and my very simple delivery instructions were not met.

Very poor. Would give 0 stars if I could. Gets order wrong everytime. Top dollar expensive for what you get. Hardly any toppings, just bread. Currently looking to find another pizza place. Shouldn't be hard. Many around. Very very disappointed. Do not recommend . Drivers are 5 out of 5 stars though, couldn't fault them. The drvers are very polite and respectful. Dominos pizza very poor quality pizza.

Current manager/team leader is always mean and abusing his staff.. This shop has gone down hill.. Ive seen him hand a lady pizzas then even tell her to wait 15min for her thickshake. She demanded a refund. Pizzas wouldve been cold by the time she got home.. we have now stopped going there after many years of being loyal customer
