Worst customer service ever.If I can give no starRude, only word I can say.

Absolute pathetic service by the two husband and wife frenchise workers here. Worst customer service and totally unreliable.Avoid the disappointment here with the two muppets.

I actually find every experience here perfectly fine. I never have a problem and sometimes I have a nice chat with the staff. They have been very helpful and I get what I need to get done fast.

Terrible staff, no service and no clue. Run by people who just want to talk over you at every opportunity. They don't want to help you, it's all about what they can't do or what they don't have control over. Don't even think about walking in there with a problem as they are not going to help you. Their typical dismissive attitudes will make you regret you ever opened your mouth. One thing I've noticed is that the husband and wife who run the place act as though they are NEVER wrong or never make a mistake. They are lazy, rude and pathetic. If they put half the effort into finding your package for you as they do with arguing with you, then there wouldn't be a problem. They either can't or simply don't want to answer questions, and quite frankly shouldn't be in business. Australia Post is bad enough without letting these bobble-headed idiots behind the counter.

HOW DID YOU MANAGE TO GET A JOB, WORK AND SERVE THE COMMUNITY WITH UNPROFESSIONALISM?THE ONLY TIME I GIVE A BAD REVIEW IS WHEN IM NOT SATISFIED AND THIS IS ONE OF THEM. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Went in today and had such a pleasant experience. The gentleman at the counter was so friendly and efficient. Would definitely be back, very refreshing.

Very good customer service, always smilling. Ofcourse cant please everyone everytime. Good scenic and clean layout. Fast efficient service keep up the good work .
