Worst customer service experience of my life. Ordered $60 food online, didn't come. Rang store, said they never received order, and they couldn't see the payment. Offered to pay again just to get delivery as I had sick children, refused to take payment over phone or cash on delivery and insisted I drive to store. Drove to store with sick children, they refused to sell me my order as they didn't sell online packs in store, and they insisted I had to pay extra. 2 hrs, 3 phone calls, 1 drive thru and still no food. Rude unhelpful and in the end abusive staff and management. Do not waste your money or time. I never will again. I have taught customer service in most of the Major retailers and businesses in Australia, and this is the worst service I have ever seen.

Not very clean and the chicken was so dry like it had been sitting around and reheated. The place was full of flies, definitely won't be returning to this one.

1st September we spent over $26.00 on a highly anticipated meal. Got it home and found it to be very overcooked. The chicken, would you believe also still had feathers in it!!! The chips had black eyes all the way through them. Last time people from your stinking shop you will get my money. It was inedible! Disgusting!!! Don't go there!!!

I just ordered through Menulog and it took almost an hour and a half to arrive, part of the order was missing, and what was delivered was largely cold and the Ripa Rolls were lacking in sauce, so very dry and chewy. The delivery guy was nice and very apologetic for the lateness of the delivery, but that’s the only good thing I can say about the whole experience. This isn’t the first time this has happened for us with Red Rooster, so it will be the last time we buy from there.

Probably a lack of salt on the chips would be my only complaint hovered over 4 stars for that otherwise the chips was nice and crunchy, the rolls well made and service was efficient

Standard hot chicken fast food store. I am not happy with Red Rooster today.10/08/2022. First they don't do the rewards card,2nd, While I was giving the young girl serving my order she just walked away After about 4 minutes she returned to finally take my order again. 3rd, When I finally received my order and got home I find that I am short a pineapple fritter,and the chips well it was a waste of time putting the chip packet in the box there were enough chips to have 3 bites of chips.So I strongly say for your own sake give Red Rooster Warwick a big miss.You would be better going into Rosecity shopping mall and going to the Red Rooster kiosk.

Always a great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is always first rate. Clean bathrooms. Easy to get to off the highway. Great menu options for eating on the trip or eating in. Best take away in Warwick.
