Avoid this company. Both the depot manager (apparently only a single employee works there) and operations manager tried to blame each other for a vehicle delivery going astray (effectively saying that it wasn't their problem). Had to spend $800 and two days off work waiting around for the worst vehicle delivery service I've ever experienced.

Awful service. Not notified of car new car being delivered, depot only open 2 hours a day (8-10). Waited 15days for my car to be delivered. Absolute attitude from head office and local reps. Do not use.

Absolutely would not recommend them. Wouldn't even pay a measly $50 for some paint too fix a scratch they caused. I had to fight for weeks, and they still refused. Disgusting ethics in this company.

No car washing before picking, my reserve mirror in a wrong place. Rude attitude, no reception desk. If u enjoy rude attitude, come here, it’s a right place.

Totally rude and adversarial attitude from the start. I guess they are used to arguing with belligerent people who are getting their car towed, so if you work with them to transport your car willingly you can expect the same attitude. I highly recommend finding anyone else.

Kevin and the PrixCar company gave amazing customer service the whole way through from our BMW’s being transported from SA and WA to Canberra and the tracker was a great feature as well on the website. Kevin delivered the cars early and I highly recommend them!

If you have the option to go somewhere else, you should. Cars delivered filthy, no wash before pickup. I encountered 1 helpful staff member. The rest were rude, arrogant and have no idea what customer service is.

I've used Prixcar for interstate moves twice now, from Perth to Canberra then from Canberra back to Perth! Both times my car arrived safely with no damage. Thank you for looking after my car!
