Hive has the best lineup of affordable accommodation in Brisbane. Some of their stuff is a bit low end but is priced as such. But they have decent stuff and higher end stuff too.

Constantly posting on community page 45 minutes away from property and when asked to stop by said community was completely ignored and continues. Very little respect or understanding for others frustrations. I would genuinely never rent a property from them because it's frightening how little they care about the people and simply care about filling a space and collection their money. If I could give them zero stars i would.

Teagan was my property manager at 109 SFS Drive, she was polite and great with maintenance etc, would recommend.

This business, which takes advantage of students, has so clearly paid for a service to leave positive reviews to make up for the terrible but accurate reviews that have been left. The accounts have also left five star reviews on businesses in other countries - what a coincidence they have been to the same specific places! This is illegal according to the ACCC and shows the kind of values the business holds. Housing is so important to your livelihood and so is feeling secure and safe, so I would not recommend renting from Hive. If they are this blatant with their dodgy behaviour, no doubt there is other dodgy things going on.Maybe like when they installed CCTV in the unit of three students last year without their knowledge.

As an international student. security was important to me. The place I stayed at had swipe cards, security cameras and security screens on windows. Highly recommend to other international students.

Hive is horrible. The property they rented out to me had rats (37 Wharf Street, Spring Hill) and it took them 4 months to send someone to investigate the situation. They charged me several times for ridiculous reasons. When I moved out they charged me for a „dirty fridge“, whilst when I entered the accommodation in the first place, the fridge was filled with rotten fruits and milks that had expired over one year ago. I left everything behind much cleaner than I found it and still was charged over 300 AUD for cleaning fees. Hive shows no understanding for it‘s tenants and ruthlessly exploits them.

I'm giving five stars for Natalie Wotherspoon who made my stay at Hive Springfield very pleasant. Natalie is a fabulous property manager and does her best to accommodate the needs of the tenants she looks after. Friendly and efficient, Natalie does her best to create a nice atmosphere at the Springfield accommodation for all the units. Location of Hive Springfield is v convenient to Springfield central train station, orion lagoon and robelle domain. Peaceful, in the trees and very handy for the uni campus next door. If you don't mind sharing accommodation, this has a lot to offer. Check it out.

My stay at Hive Springfield was great. Natalie was particularly helpful and fantastic throughout my time there and during the application process. I would recommend Hive for people (particularly students) seeking affordable accommodation in the greater Springfield area.

The manager at hive Springfield Natalie Wotherspoon is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She always takes time off and when asking for assistance acts as though we’re disturbed her peace. Never experienced this level of incompetence and lack of professionalism. The only issue with property is that woman every other staff is pleasant.
