Disgusting service. I went into the store on Wednesday and spoke to Milly about a problem with my chlorinator. She was good and told me to go home and check out the salt cell which I did. Thursday morning I phoned and left 2 messages for Milly to call me back. Did not receive a call, went to the shop on my way home, jokingly said to the girl what's Millys excuse for not calling me back this time....then copped a barrage of abuse from Milly who was in the back room, after she walked off, Gary came out and told me to take my business elsewhere they didn't need it. I stood at the counter not believing what I had just experienced.

Got the filter cleaned and chlorinated for $240. However you will be charged another $120 to recheck the filter after a week???Never thought money was that easy to make!!!Ridiculous price and service.

Just wanted to compliment all the members of Poolwerx Calamvale on their professional sales and service ability. They go far beyond any other Pool organisation I have dealt with. Over the many years they have kept my pool in exceptional condition. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that prides itself on integrity and family values. Worst experience with this place rates are over rated I’m only just getting back on my feet after Covid and having a new family member. I had an overdue account that I will admit was well overdue but the threatening phone call I received from Milly was disgusting.Prices are over rated I recommend Pool Werx in Browns Plains any day of the week

Milie was very friendly and helpful. Took the time to explain what to do as it is our 1st time owning a pool. It went from green to clear again

Gary & staff are the best ever, prompt & friendly service & expert knowledge second to none, nothing's too difficult, they listen & provide great advice.They don't try to upsell like the other pool shops & only give you what you need.The number of customers in the store indicate the regard locals hold for this store, the wait (if there is one) is well worth it !Plenty to be said for a family run local business.

The girls are terrific. The pool products and testing very high standard i was very happy until they were rude to me. but no point in getting anything other than pool salt or chlorine from them as they have no interest in customer service. They sold me the wrong pool plate. I went into the store had my purse out about to spend $70 on salt and chlorine I'd just requested they come out do a pool service normally $80 and fit the correct plate was expecting to buy a new plate. However their reaction was to GO me for bringing back a plastic plate that THEY recommended. He was rude showed no interest in me no interest in acknowledging their mistake said you cant return this as the spring rusts. I should have been told on purchasing no refund policy. A pool plate is like $5 worth of plastic and a spring. I'd spent $450 at the shop in three months. He spoke to me badly. Took no responsibility. Offered nothing. So I walked out taking my money elsewhere. Picked up my pool salt and chlorine elsewhere. Got someone else to come out and fix it. Won't go back again. Can't believe that they would take that attitude with so many pools shops to choose from in the area. The girls really are lovely to deal with but the equipment advice was wrong the pool plate didn't even fix the hose they sold me. The pool testing and chemical advice was correct and very good but they shouldn't bother selling equipment if they aren't prepared to stand by their own advice.

I've been a customer for 15 to 20 years. They're a very supportive and friendly family team. If you have an issue they're there to sort it out for you. They care about their customers and that is a rare commodity these days.
