I wonder why companies set up online sales inquires and then don't bother replying as is case on a Bowers & Wilkins product that I made recently.It sends the wrong message and undoes all the goodwill towards a local company.Amazon just loves situations like thisProactive rather than reactive and stop making excuses

I purchased a pair of bookshelf speakers after some advice from a Len Wallis team member (Gary). I placed the order about 10.00am on Thursday and received them in Newcastle around 10.00am on the Friday.The package arrived -invoice attached, well wrapped and undamaged.Now that is service!The speakers look and sound great in the spaceI would have no hesitation recommending Len Wallis Audio to anyone looking for Hi-Fi equipment.RegardsRichard

I could not be happier with the service and attention to detail I received from Tim Wallis @ Len Wallis recently. It was a significant financial purchase for me and I wanted to make sure i got it right. Tim had all the time in the world for me, and offered suggestions when asked but zero pressure to purchase on any sort of timeline. This level of professionalism is very rare these days in a culture of quick sales, 'churn and burn', and no after sales from many of the big box retail hi-fi stores. Len Wallis is a world apart in this respect, and that is one of the reasons I was very comfortable to purchase here. Tim's detailed knowledge of all the products, their pros and cons and idiosyncrasies also gave me great confidence with my new purchase. I bought my first hi-fi here in 1991, and I recall my father buying his in about 1979. There is a reason Len and his team are still considered the 'go-to' for Audio Visual in Sydney. I write this as I sit on my couch listening to my killer new system and I could not be happier with both the sales and after-sales experience. Thanks Tim.

Bought some denon/heos gear from them a few years ago on the advice that it was the best in class" and that buying Sonos was like buying the "McDonalds" of home audio. We'll a couple of years and many thousands of dollars later my system barely works (when it does its fantastic) whereas friends with sonos have never skipped a beat with reliability. Question the motive of selling such rubbish gear

Thanks LWA & particularly to their two technicians & Tony who helped me recently. I have a 50 year old set of speakers & a receiver to match, which still sound beautiful together, but needed some attention. I’d feared the worst, 50 years old, but Tony listened to me patiently &, to my surprise & relief, said they’d be happy to have a look & bring them in. They confirmed all 18 original speakers were still fine but also managed to track down & make up a fix to the intermittent problem. Likewise they found the cause of the amp balance being out. A very pleasant experience. Thanks.

They have plenty of choices for the sound system. The staff are very friendly and patient to introduce products. Also, they are eager to provide auditions. An impressed shopping experience.

Been a customer at LWA since 2005. I have built much of my HiFi around components purchased from here. Stand our feature is their post sales service once things go wrong, second to none!Len Wallis is a very gentle softly spoken, no pressure gent, as is his son Tim.His staff are mostly well informed and highly enthusiastic audiophiles, which also set them apart from most other high end audio stores in Sydney.I also like the way HiFi equipment are demonstrated. Can't understate how many times I've visited other high end audio store in Sydney, and found their equipment lacking due to poor room acoustics and set up.
