Coolabah Turf

Approached the team at coolabah a new lawn. Now I placed my order online and what an amazing process. I had a call within a few hours letting me it was in the system and to arrange a suitable delivery. We worked in a perfect time slot and the team arrived on time with our Beautiful TufTuf grass. The driver did a great job squeezing the grass into the garage and off we went. Installation was a breeze and after 3 weeks our lawn looks better than the golf course across the road. The service provided by Coolabah Turf has been fantastic! At the time of ordering the turf, the suggested wait time for delivery was 2 months, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive the delivery 6 weeks ahead of the committed timeframe. The communication by the customer service team has been phenomenal at every stage of the process such as sales, delivery and after-care.They also provided us with booklets & brochures which gave step-by-step instructions on soil preparation, installation of the lawn, watering cycles, application of fertilizers, mowing frequencies etc. Very informative! Overall, I am pleased with the way our backyard has transformed after the installation of “Sir Walter Instant Lawn”.You have done an amazing job, Coolabah Turf Team! Congratulations!

From the initial enquiry through to delivery and follow up was first rate. Got a call to let me know what time delivery was scheduled, transport company placed the pallets exactly as requested and continual follow up reminding me to keep up the watering. One week on and it looks terrific!

I purchased 110metres of Kikiyu turf through Coolabah turf and they were amazing to deal with. Ordering was easy. The staff were VERY helpful leading up the delivery - I needed to reschedule twice as my backyard was flooded when the back neighbours left their sprinklers on by mistake. Both times they were incredibly understanding and helpful. I am very happy with the quality of my turf. I even received a follow up courtesy call two weeks later. Would highly recommend

I highly recommend Coolabah Turf. Straight off the truck (no pallet to get rid of), the turf was the highest quality. I knew I was about to lay some seriously nice lawn. Right down to the very last strip, the quality of turf was exceptional. The ordering process was excellent as was the correspondence that followed. The lawn took so quickly (installed automatic sprinklers - shout out to Peninsula Irrigation) and installed a LinkTap to regulate watering even while I was away for a week one day after laying the turf (not ideal). Now I have excellent lawn both front and back and even turfed the council verge. Again, I can't rate Coolabah highly enough, fantastic product (Eureka Premium VG Kikuyu) and great people to work with (professional and courteous).

Seriously if you're after turf and quality turf, don't even look further than Coolabah Turf. From the service received from Stuart, to the receptionist right down to Todd the delivery driver.....my goodness you guys are the best. I'm so happy with my investment and will be needing more...oh!! where will I go?? Of course Coolabah. Legends, love your turfy passion!

Bought from Bunnings simple. Delivery a little confused.Delivery on open truck 2 pallets. Wind while in transporting would have played a part in rather rapid dry out even though had job done within 3 hours of truck delivery.SOIL Base of sodCRUMBILY and lumpy some of clay lumps seperating from base of the grass roots. Creating many air pockets. The very thing instructions said to avoid.Watered immediately, trying to soften sods and rebind. Hopefully OK. Though laid turf was springy in many parts. Not binding well to prepared base.Hope this helps. Will complete report in 5 weeks. Regards
