I can only comment on the booking process. I've never been there, but I was asked for more than half the price for a cut in advance without ever having seen the business. Then I offered to bring over the money in person to be able to see the salon, but my appointment in a week's time had already been cancelled. The only info on cancellation I received was that the deposit is refundable in case of a lockdown. What if I get sick? Other salons let me cancel until 24 hours in advance. One positive aspect is that she responds quickly.
