Hey it's 10:30pm and they're open. Nice icecream and gelatis.

Amazing ice cream and gelato. My husband had the salted caramel milkshake, and said it is the best milkshake he has ever had.Everything packs a punch with flavour and is simply delicious. Service was also very friendly and efficient.How lucky are we to have such such a high quality gelateria in Doreen!

Absolutely disgusted by the attitude of management at Augustus Gelatery Doreen! According to them they are under no obligation to ensure that the order placed online actually is the order delivered. Missing items are not their responsibility, neither is checking the order prior to departing their premises apparently. Complaints? Well they take the easy way out. They won't assume error on their process instead will pass it to the independent 3rd party they employ for delivery. Menulog.Not sure about you, but I don't want nor expect my delivery driver to be checking my ordered items once given to them (especially when the bags are sealed).No accountability demonstrated by this Doreen chain. Shame!

Great ice-cream place. Service with a smile from the girls. Just felt sorry for them with the heat in the shop. Some air-conditioning would make life nicer for them.

Delicious ice cream, very generous scoops and excellent customer service - answered our questions about dietary restrictions, lots of flavours as well! Highly recommended if you are popping by the area.

One star not for the Icecream or shakes but for the unprofessional staff behaviour. I reached this place at 9.21 pm, and they close at 10 pm (says on the website and the signs on the door); but the staff locked the doors and said, “We are close” my partner and I said it’s just 9.20 pm, and she said, “We are closed” - basically she was ignoring us. I came far away to have ice cream.
