These guys really care. They want to make sure that you find the best place for your family and really help you navigate the crazy amount of paperwork.Looking into the payment stuff was so confusing for us - it was awesome that they can help reduce those costs!

Having to put our father into an aged care facility was a daunting prospect but the process was made so much easier by our Care Guidance Manager Jodee. In our first meeting she took the time to understand our needs and concerns as well as getting to know what our father was like. Following that Jodee made inquiries on our behalf to see what homes were available in the area, if they had vacancies, made appointments for us to visit these homes, met us there and asked relevant questions. The whole experience was one that I would highly recommend, everything was handled in a very professional manner, Jodee herself was always approachable, communication was excellent and was an absolute delight to deal with. My brother & I were thinking the whole process would take a bit of time but with the expert attention by Jodee, we were able to select a home for him the same day, moved into the facility 2 days later and been so much happier. Have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Care Guidance and in particular Jodee and they have our grateful thanks for a great job.
