Spa temperature is not hot enough and water looks really dirty. Please get on top of the hygiene issues of this place. Lockers are broken, I had to put my bag in the gym lockers all the way across and to have to walk to the pools in my swimwear via the corridors was absolutely degrading and embarrassing. Not worth the overcharging price.

I don’t usually write bad reviews but i think this side of your business needs improvement.I have contacted the team at mill park leisure on multiple occasions to cancel my membership on the last occasion a lady was very helpful (on the phone) but on most of the other occasions there were no replies, i have been paying for months for no reason and the money still get direct debited from my account.

Decent gym with nice new equipment and helpful staff, quite spacious.Negatives are that not everyone wipes down gym equipment after use and there seems to be no enforcement of this. Additionally the change rooms require more regular deep cleaning as there is always quite an unpleasant smell (perhaps get rid of the carpet).

The new alterations are great, it is very stylish. It has a new changing area and a great new kids splash and play area with slides and fountains and the like. My boy loved it, very cool.

Me personally i think that the things there are a bit boring for teens and the pools are very restricted for people that are under the age of 18 , even a toddler was getting fed up of the little space there was for the kids. The swimming lessons , sauna , and jacuzzi are the only thing i would reccomend this place for and even the jacuzzi is regularly closed . I prefer splash to be honest .

Hydro pool water temperature is definitely not heated to what it should be.I’ve had enough experienced in hydro use for rehab.I left feeling no better than when I first got there.Temperate in all pools need to be increased.users need to be mindful And respectful of other users and not spit in pools.Don’t think I’ll be back….disappointing when its literally only around the corner

I cancelled my membership in DECEMBER and i was still being charged for 6 months after. I was told a manager would speak to me about a week ago?. Money stealers

We have had a great experience with my sons swimming lessons. His teacher Anita is a great teacher & more importantly fantastic with kids. Highly recommend

Toilets blocked and full. Doors to lockers broken off. Sad to see the lack of immediate response to these matters. No safety signs put up.Good to great staff service. Be nice to them and they’ll be nice to you.WiFi doesn’t work inside. Need to step out the front doors 2m and bingo it works.Gym really busy. Large area and supply of machines and free weights.Small spa bath means sitting close to one another.Lots of kids jumping in the main pool. Next to the no diving sign. The water games area could be a better place for kids who want to jump. Little supervision.Lap pools clean and clear, in use.Overall, it seems a very well patronized pool with lots of friends and families. App is good, convenient for booking group classes or individual coaching. Parking was full Monday night, school holidays. Access to the center was free.Try this Centre at your own discretion.
