Park Avenue - Mount Waverley
THIS PLACE STANK TO HIGH HEAVEN.OF DOGGY SMELL AND IS A HEALTH HAZARD BECAUSE THEY WONT REPLACE THE CARPET OR THE 2 SMALL SOFAS.I paid over $4000 to stay in this poorly maintained property. They were fully booked when I spoke about possibly extending a day or two and can afford to fix it.

We travelled with 3 under 6 this weekend.We arrived quite late (about 10:30pm) Friday night.Although I told him we would not need a cot, he offered again on arrival. We did end up needing it and at around midnight they had brought a cot in and it was no trouble at all.The host was incredible. We needed a few things through our stay and he was so pleasantly obliging throughout our stay.Facilities and size is fantastic. This is our go to for accommodation from now on.

Park Avenue - Mount Waverley
Stayed here for a week in a two-bed unit. Highly recommend for its space, convenient location, and great value for money. Edward was extremely friendly and helpful. If you have a car, and traveling with young kids, would definitely recommend it over hotels or serviced apartments (in tall buildings).

Full facilities esp. lots of channels TV, clean and comfort.Reasonable price but no free wifi, otherwise perfect !
