In our experience, EnrichHR is HR company that has the agility and flexibility to work with both adhoc situational HR issues but also be a partner to navigate and build out long term HR direction providing current/relevant advice. There’s three sides to HR, the employee’s side, the company’s side and then compliancy. EnrichHR is an organisation who can be trusted to work with all three. In every situation we’ve shared with EnrichHR, the outcome has always been consistent … we’ve been 100% compliant which has mitigated risk our organisation, the outcome is fair for the employee and as an organisation we’ve been able to build on the knowledge and direction for our future growth in the area of HR.I don’t see EnrichHR as an outsourced provider for our organisation, but more-so as a partner who really assist in sometimes very complex issues and provide the right advice to move forward which has always been done in a timely manner.There is a great balance of expertise at EnrichHR and in our experience we’ve found that any issue presented has had personal and appropriate dedication applied.
