We engaged Tegella Construction to renovate our tired 1980’s kitchen. Paul and Steve efficiently managed the removal of our oven, fridge and pantry walls, rendering of internal face brick, removal of flooring and replacement of skirting.Tegella were punctual, reliable and finished the job within timelines, they cleaned up every day and were very easy to deal with. The workmanship was excellent throughout the job and we received the kitchen we asked for.We have no hesitation in recommending Tegella Construction for any renovation project.Gina and Scott Nalder

Ours was a new build. We approached Tegella Construction with no recommendation; just dropped in for a chat with Paul as the office was just down the road where we lived.Paul and Steve must be the two most patient men in Willetton, if not Perth. They were most understanding if we changed our minds and helped us make decisions with lots of advice. They were a real team - the right hand knew what the left hand was doing. They allowed us a lot of involvement in the project and phone calls were always answered.Their integrity was recently vouched for when we had gutter mesh installed - the installer told us the gutters were of high grade; that's something not many home-owners would think of checking. Steve spotted a scratch in a window and had it replaced - we had not noticed it and would have been none-the-wiser.To summarise, I have read reviews of many big companies and their shortcomings do not exist with Tegella Construction.

Highly recommend Tegella Construction, efficient, friendly tradesmen left my house clean and tidy. Kept us up to date on any changes to time frames and arrival of tradesmen. Overall a great experience for our first renovations, will definitely be calling them again for future reno's.

There were not the cheapest quote for our renovation but Paul initially showed genuine interest and made some positive suggestions and understood our concept. Steve and Paul are very professional, approachable and completed the job to our total satisfaction. We appreciated the care they took whilst working in our house and they were meticulous in completing the work to a high standard. We have no hesitations in recommending them.

Tegella did our extensive home renovations recently and took on the large project which lasted one year. We basically replaced half the house and added new rooms, an upstairs, moved the kitchen, added a 3-car garage and alfresco area, re-did a bathroom and so on. A large job with lots of intricate parts.For the two builders, Paul and Steve are like magicians and expert master craftsmen! No job is too big or small with them. We immediately liked their friendly and positive attitude, honest and upfront advice, and good jokes throughout the build. We would definitely use them again and recommend them for all renovation jobs. In fact, if you're not using them then you're doing yourself a disservice. Going with a smaller builder is soooo much better than the big renovation companies out there. This is our 4th renovation project and they are hands down better than any of the big-name renovation brands.
