My move to Kenmore Chempro Chemist was complex - a change of doctors combined with a different way of organising my drugs. My new Webster packs have arrived, and they seem to be perfect. Pharmacist Charissa really knows her stuff, and is so organised! Most impressed!

This has been hands down the best pharmacy I've been to in the last decade. Everyone here is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly and always eager to help. They've also gone out of their way to order items they don't usually stock to help out. There are many other pharmacies in Kenmore which have been very dissapointing and rude. I'm glad I found the kenmore discount drug store and would highly recommend them.

Without doubt the best chemist I've attended as a patient and customer over the last 45 years. Every single member of staff I have encountered over the last few years has been friendly, knowledeable, attentive and considerate. Compared to other chemists in the area and the greater Brisbane CBD, they have been able to go the extra and above and beyond their normal function in order to help me with scripts, information and insight. I can't speak more highly of them all, and am happy to vouch for each of them.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for the last couple of years - Kenmore has quite a few pharmacies but we will always go to this one! The staff are always so friendly and helpful, they have a great range of products, and the pharmacists are more than willing to spend time answering your questions.

Called to make a booking. Half hour later walked in, filled out couple of forms (took about five minutes) and got the Astra Zeneca shot. Painless and no side effects. Similar to flu jab. Very easy and fast process.

I was there this morning to buy a RAT for my little son and they said they have it but allocated to the people who were on their list. And they can not give any to me even one. It does not make sense. Another chemist in the Kenmore Plaza has a huge numbers of RAT which I could buy fortunately and I found a lot available on line. No respect and no good customer service.

When is a discount not a discount? When you purchase it here. I paid the discounted price of $29.99 for a powdered magnesium supplement. When I got home, I removed the 'discount' price sticker only to find the original sale price was the same $29.99I'm not sure this advertising is legal, so I have referred it to the ACCCThe shelf price was the same as the original white price sticker. The red is the 'reduced' price sticker placed over the white sticker. They are the same price amounts.Chemist Warehouse do the same thing.

Chempro and their friendly staff went out of their way to get me my regular medication when Blooms couldn't. Not only were they able to assist quickly, the price of my medication was $12 cheaper than blooms. I will be making this my regular pharmacy from now on.Thank you for your help!

The pharmacists here are lovely and so attentive. They took the time to answer my questions and offer suggestions. They also offer free meds checks for anyone on several medications who’s worried about interactions or negative symptoms
