Love this place, I go there once a week. Happy hour is outstanding value and the food & service excellent.Nothing is too much trouble and big kudos to all the staff. Tonight I was looked after by Liza and she went above and beyond. Always friendly and happy.

Mother's Day letdown...where does one start? arancini balls lacked any taste no seasoning no love, the tomato sauce was undercooked and pale... they come out 15min two requests before the zucchini flowers which again lacked seasoning, should be called fried goats cheese...The next course should be better ...but not ...with ragu so under par and chicken salad was ok except for charging two salads but only one showed up.The last strike was dessert, the tiramisu was so wet that it needed a straw...overall a poor experience... I tried to let the manager know but the service staff could not understand a simple Can you please get the manager? can we have the bill?

We would like to say , that we had waitress by the name Georgia & she made our dinning experience fantastic :) nothing was a issue & Carter to our needs. Always smiling and having a laugh with us.Made us very welcome at the restaurant.She is differently asset to the restaurant:)Keep up the fantastic work GeorgiaThank you for your your lovely service:)

I’ve been going to Fratelli Fresh since the very start. I usually go to the entertainment quarter and city. They have always been superior not only food-wise but also in service.Unfortunately, it wasn’t the same at Fratelli Fresh Miranda.The service was disgraceful. We have to wait for someone to notice us at the door, despite the restaurant being half empty.After we were shown to our table, we wait again and needed to get someone's attention to be served. Drinks and entrees come at a normal time, but we finish our entrees and again 25 minutes after realizing our mains weren't arriving, we went in search of someone. First, they ask to wait ( again) because they didn't know and when I asked to talk to the manager, which by the way was sitting talking not too far., the waiter show up saying the food was on the way.The manager didn't approach us once to apologize or ask what the issue was.The food was terrible. Chicken parmigiana was burned, the chips were cold and the ragu was dry.We were left sickened bythe behaviour of the employees, specifically the manager. No customer service whatsoever. It's a shame that they destroy the reputation of such a lovely restaurant..

The service is always amazing! I have been here 2-3 times already! Love this place!The food & cocktails is always amazing! 100% recommended!It’s always busy, but they will try their best to fit us in!

the pizza was horrendous. for such an exorbitantly priced pizza (I paid $32 for a margarita with added buffalo mozzarella) when it arrived it was physically revolting to look at. it looked barely cooked and like the cheese was 90% water, half of it had slipped off and piled into one side of the box. As for the additional buffalo mozzarella which they charge $5 for an extra, I got about 3 small dollops. I have ordered from here before multiple times and it was great hence the reorder, but this was shocking to say the least. Completely inedible. It wasn’t salvageable. I honestly have never written a google review before but this was so so horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I really don’t like to put bad reviews, however this place did not impress me at all today. I ordered a bruschetta and a prawn linguine pasta. I received a piece of hard bread with about a 6 centimetres height of tomatoes, there was no balsamic and no salt. The pasta was just oil and butter with some really frozen prawns and I could really taste how frozen the prawns were. The bill was $60 and I unfortunately the best thing was the cold coke in a glass

Food was exceptional. On top of that, Liza was great. Always smiling and always ready to help customers. She made sure everything served on our table was up to the mark. Environment was a vibe for me. Went there for a quick lunch but food and the good service by Liza made us stay there a bit longer. Definitely will be back for some of those pizzas again.

The pizza was delicious and hearty, and the tiramisu was sweet, nicely soaked in coffee, and delicious cream.Polite staff, I asked about the cocoa company and was kindly told about it.I recommend this establishment

Had a group dinner there last night, pizza's were ok for starters but the pasta main courses were appalling. Everyone in our group did not finish their mains and one of the group after one taste refused to eat the prawn dish (prawns way over cooked, like chewing rubber she said)It's over priced for the quality of food served, we certainly will not be back.
