It was a total disaster, set up was at a completely different location and when I requested to set it up at the correct location Amy Day refused to do it and rejected my phone calls and blocked me of every social media platform, we have lodged a complaint with the fair trading. This wasn’t just any birthday party it was my wedding day, totally disgusted with the service. She didn’t give a full refund and she lacked any empathy and compassion. Heartless and hostile and would not recommend anyone to use their services.

WARNING!!It appears owner Amy Day has changed business names.This was bought to my attention when one of her potential customers contacted me via social media after reading my review on her original business “Floral Outcome Events”.Fair Trading obviously has been dealing with unhappy customers. Read reviews before committing to becoming her next disaster!
