Great result yet again from the team at Flooring Xtra Beenleigh.My property management company has used Flooring Xtra Beenleigh a number of times and they never disappoint. The quote was right where I expected, the floor was installed on the day and the boys did a great job, there was no mess, no threads, no left over carpet lying around. Really pleased with the job, the staff are easy to deal with, they delivered a professional result, I have no hesitation in recommending Flooring Xtra Beenleigh. Great job.

Absolute rubbish install, apparently had their best installer lay my flooring. Was meant to be a 1 day install, the installer did over 4 half days. Different step treads throughout the install Was than rung continuously by the installer harrasing me for payment.( install finished on a Wednesday arvo received 6 back to back calls at 6am on the Friday morning mind you i had paid on the thursday arvo) Have tried to get the store and the installer back to rectify issues yet no action. Had received a cheaper quote to complete the works but decided Na ya get what you pay for I'll pay the extra. Lol jokes pay more to be even more disappointed.Note. You did arrange the install with your installer.

Purchased high grade supposedly hard wearing carpet in August 2023 6 weeks later matted in front of seating. Told will not do anything about and needed to have a specific type of vacuum cleaner which was not told about when purchased. So you decide to get the lounge room floor recarpeted, you get 3 quotes and similar to Goldie locks and the three bears... still waiting for one to call back, the second one was way too hot (expensive) and the third one... just right.Modern Flooring Xtra are great, on time, was able to give me a senior discount and the men that installed the carpet were, on time, very clean, took the old carpet away and a great sense of humour, you could tell they loved their jobs.I sorry I didn't take a before and after photo, because it has made a big difference. Totally recommend this company.
