Seem to have a very slow booking process. Great technicians. Did not send results through to referring specialist until I called and questioned what was happening. Apparently a technical error 5 days prior- but no notification to myself or specialist.

Reception staff are SO RUDE!! If you don’t like your job, get a new one, and if you can’t bring yourself to be a decent human to other humans you should not be in customer service!

Dr. Verscher is amazing. Attending Dr. when I was in hospital. He was so caring. He was then the Dr who performed my colonoscopy. He is very thorough, and genuinely cares about you!! He makes YOU feel important Because YOU ARE!! His Bed side Manner" is empathetic and just pure kindness. THANK YOU DR. VERSCHER!! Your better than the Dr

I had a dreadful experience with the receptionist. She wouldn't even stand up to try looking for my referral that had been sent. This centre is extremely incompetent in their practice.

Got there early . Went to desk. They said I was early .they said I could wait. 45 minutes after my appointment the clowns said they didn't check me in . 2 hours watching people walk past. Then they blame me and say we will do your x rays scans after there lunch. Front desk is Unprofessional.

I have had 6 MRIs here on different body parts and various other scans. Receptionists and technicians I cannot fault, they have been really pleasant. More so regarding the MRI reports from the Dr are pretty pathetic, mispelled words, words missing in the reports and basic in details. I have had to go back for repeat scans due to this. I have had MRIs conducted at other centres including overseas, if I hadn't seen these other reports to compare i wouldnt have realised how poor they're at south east radiology.
