If I could give them a lower rating I would. They loose result documents, change your doctor last minute and can't follow up. We then paid to have my pregnant wife's medical details transferred to another clinic and they missed significant documents in the process.

The office manager was very helpful and courteous and the doctor was kind enough to share her advice about what I could do to manage my flu symptoms, even though I was only there for a covid test. A very caring medical practice!

I have been very impressed by the thoroughness, diligence, professionalism and expertise of all the medical (doctors, nurses) and reception staff at this centre. My treating doctor is very lovely and caring and has made a stressful times bearable.I would not hesitate recommending this medical team to anyone needing treatment.

Was really unimpressed with the face to face appointment I had with Dr Sally. She was inconsiderate, not thorough, interested or concerned. My concerns about my health felt dismissed.After making me wait 30 minutes I completed the consult the Dr indicated that the appointment was over and I took this as my cue to get up open the door myself and leave the room after an inconsiderate service. Usually other Drs at this practice are amazing.
