Centrelink is starting to feel better when I come to do business and to ask questions and I feel good about the new staff and their good and happy and helpful attitudes they greet me with in the morning and all those who have needs with Centrelink staff and Medicare Issues and needs be Computer Assistance by good friendly Govt staff and their services.

It takes less time to learn 8 languages, read all of Shakespeare's plays and poems, build a house, and study to become a Doctor than it does to get through all the self service options on the phone to eventually get onto one Customer Service Representative on Centrelink to ask one simple question.
