I used the Maxi Teleprompter a couple of years ago, and had to purchase some replacement glass after breaking it.Recently I needed a new teleprompter for myself, and decided to get the Flex because I own a 12.9 iPad Pro.I spoke to Richard who was helpful & passed me to Recky. Prompt-it Teleprompters are amazing. The staff are super helpful and answer any questions you have. I was lucky enough to test out their brand new FLEX Teleprompter. It's super innovative and easy to use. The build quality and attention to detail is incredible down to the perfect placement of magnets and the carry bag that protects each of the components. I got to try it out at a live stream for a film festival. It worked perfectly, took about 3 mins to set up and was super simple. I used it in the camera arrangement; it mounted on a light stand in front of the camera and was easy to adjust for the perfect shot. The presenter loved it, and I was able to show the script, live camera feed, and even a zoom call directly in front of the camera using a Surface Pro. I also tested out the audience configuration for a presentation event. It was super easy to set it up with the mounting piece at the base of the stand for the iPad or device. The glass piece then screws into the top of the stand, and you can fully adjust the height for the presenters' needs without needing to touch anything. My only feedback was to include a quick start guide for the production units. They got straight back to me and will incorporate a QR code with a cool video quickstart guide in the box. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and product. I have already placed an order for two of the FLEX units and can't wait to use them.

Plus, on the couple of occasions I’ve sent emails I’ve had a quick and positive responses. So impressed by this company!! The workman ship, quality and ease of use is incredible. We are a podcast company that needed a solution for our clients and I never usually go out of my way to leave a review, but had to for this product which is so easy to set up and use and is clearly designed with such thought and care. I would give it 10 stars if I could!!
