I had the worst experience to get my acrylic nails removed, she just started ripping my nails off with another fake nail and just pulling and digging into my skin and then she also ripped some of my real nail off. I’m not satisfied because she did not apologise to me and still charged me full price for giving me a scratch and for pulling some of my real nail from my pinky. I’m so disappointed.

Very bad, would not recommend! I got regular coffin-shaped nails and the way she shaped the nails was sooo bad. A couple of my nails were square and I went home and had to file them myself so they wouldn't look so uneven. My middle finger on both hands is also a completely different height and I told her not that short and proceeded to cut more. Obviously, there is a language barrier and she could barely understand me and neither could I. While doing my nails she also cut me twice and realised but did not care at all. While doing my nails she told me she would charge me $50 (acrylic shellac mid-length) and then at the end she made me pay extra than what she did at the start. I then told her you told me $50 before but she continued arguing about how I have to pay more. I ended up paying extra. Overall it was a very disappointing visit and am not going back.

this place tramatised me and I swear this is the last time I am using this store's service. the young girl hurt me so many times I have to stop her to tell her that. She couldnt do the layer evenly and I had to keep pointing out to her.. $70 for the nails isnt cheap.. I could have negative star if I can. Poor English and explaination. DONT GO. I AM WARNING YOU!!!

Their staff is amazing. Always get my nails done with them for the last 6months. It is always busy at this nail salon. I highly reccomend that you book them.

I have been going here fortnightly for the past 2 years and they have never disappointed! I’ve had gel, acrylic, and, mani/pedi and my wedding nails all done here! I wouldn’t go elsewhere!

this is the only nail place i go to, most of the girls there are amazing, one of my nails broke the day after i got them done and they fixed it for free (could be because i’m a regular though). if you show them a photo of a design they can copy it. i’ve attached some of the times i’ve had my nails done here

They do very good job here. I did sns. I was reading the reviews some are good some are bad. But I give them a try. The lady who did the nails for me she is really good. She is very good on details. Shape is perfect and fast service. I’ll comeback here again for sure.

Really Bad job , I did my nails for my wedding , and they not clean really well the nails , they do everything quick and the quality it’s so bad , I paid $ 70 dollars for waste because my nails were extremely bad , bad service , bad people I don’t recommend never this store !!! And I never go back
