Went to get assessment and advice re a diagnosis of planar fasciitis from an ultrasound. Ended up being told I had shin splints. Guy strapped up my foot and told me to come back if I wanted, seemed like he had better things to do than assist me. I went to a different podiatrist for a second opinion who confirmed I have planar fasciitis (Helen Claybourn, she's excellent, used to treat the Newcastle Nights and REALLY knows her stuff), she gave me excellent treatment and advice and clearly laid out treatment options. She also strapped up my foot perfectly, it didn't hurt and in fact made my foot feel better until the strapping fell off.

Had the absolute pleasure of being served by Nancy in the chermside clinic the other day. She helped me to understand the unique structure of my feet and came up with a personalised plan moving forward. Although Nancy is fresh out of uni she showed professionalism above anything ive ever had before. I'll definitely be coming back to see Nancy.

The staff here are absolutely amazing! Efficient, understanding and actually care about their patients! Tony is so knowledgeable and helped me be able to walk properly after spending months of being in pain! Can not recommend this place enough! PS the clinic is amazingly clean and smells sensational!

How important it is to be listened to and come away with such a positive experience. I had a Tele health appointment as I am not well enough to travel. I have a better understanding of what is happening, why I have so much foot pain along with recommendations for my GP and other health practitioners and links to source supports. Jayson is my podiatrist and he’s amazing. I found jayson kind and compassionate. Jayson gave me his personal phone number as a bulk of my treatment occurred over Christmas/new yr and I required after hrs advice jayson promptly answered all my calls/text as did Angela (director of afc) who even called me on a public holiday to ensure I was ok. I am really glad I met jayson and Angela they are lovely people and thorough practitioners.
