Stanleys Panel Works

If I could give 6 stars I would. It is so rare to get true professional service in Cairns or anywhere. I have experienced Stanleys Panel Works multiple times, and the service and work has been second to none. I am extremely picky, and past experiences with other panel works have ended badly. But with Stanley's, for once I can say, i am very happy.

Dave and the team at Stanleys are a long standing local family business offering exceptional personalised customer service, excellent product knowledge and attention to detail.We had a particularly unpleasant experience with our insurance assessor, however the team at Stanleys went into bat for us ensuring the the best quality products were used on our vehicle.I cannot recommend Stanley's Panel Works highly enough.Thanks to Dave and the team.

Wouldnt take my Mercedes anywhere else. Very professional and courteous and do a fantastic job.

Car went off to Stanley’s for warranty work from Audi, a piece on the roof needed to be replaced.The car came back with scratches on the roof.Stanley denied that it happed in their facility however the marks fall inside work of the area that was working was being carried out.Even though denying it was anything to do with them, out of good will they was willing to have the car return and polish the roof. It came back with more.I was planning to have work under taken for stone chips but I think I’ll reconsider.

I required an urgent repair to my son’s car and Stanley’s fitted it in for me so it was completed on time. The job was superb and I couldn’t be happier. The staff are the best and great to deal with. I would recommend them highly, best in town.

Not 5 star's more like 10. Best in Cairns. My BMW X3 came back looking brand new. Fantastic customer service and support.
