I recently completed CPR training for work with Fluid and honestly it was the best training I had ever done. Our instructor was a ex-paramedic who told us exactly what to expect. Her brilliant, funny and very informative teaching style makes you alert and allows the information to attach onto your memory. Before arriving we did a short online tutorial and then the in person instruction was very hands on. Even though it was a bit of a drive from the Southside , I look forward to my next compulsory work course.

Highly recommend Fluid First Aid training at Hamilton. The instructor. Michael, was very informative and it was good to simulate the CPR on some human and children dummies. Very hygienic with plastic covers over the dummies.

Excellent quality. I did a first aid refresher - facilitator was engaging & to the point. By far the most professional first aid training provider I have found so I will definitely be back for my refresher next year.

I've done 2 other first aid trainings and this was definitely the best one! It was to the point, I walked out feeling confident and our trainer gave us accurate and detailed (albeit gory) stories from her experience as a paramedic so I would know what to expect if ever in the situation. Very much appreciated her expertise as well as her passion and fun! Thank you!

Fluid First Aid course was a great practical learning experience. The trainer Germaine was punctual, knowledgeable and engaging. She was able to answer our questions and keep to the time schedule set forth.I came away confident from the practical experience gained and would highly recommend Fluid First Aid course.
