Been going to boss body for about 6 months and the classes are great, plenty of variety so you never know what you're in for, it's hard work but rewarding and Toby and Jane are fantastic trainers

Excellent classes. A great way to keep some fitness up at whatever level you work at. I tend to go at my own pace with great support by the trainers. I can feel the extra bounce in my step and am energised by attending Boss Fit. There are quite a few early morning classes that work well in my schedule.

Jane and Toby have a great set up for beginners to the advanced. No 2 classes are the same and are never easy. Since joining, in only 6 short weeks i lost 3.5kg (and I didn't have much to loose) and improved my 5km run by 1 minute. Thanks for everything.
