Our dogs are well not well behaved at the groomers.And our Male dog will bite when getting cut.But to my amazement they looked fantastic and we’re the most relaxed they have every been at the groomers.Apologies for our girl dog who has a high pitch bark that doesn’t stop while she’s there.The front desk and groomers were down to earth and honest with how the dogs behaved.We will be backPaul.

The Pooch Beauty Salon - Altona North
The Pooch Salon has been grooming my dogs for years. All of the groomers are excellent and I know my dogs are in good hands each visit. Irene accommodated a special request for me today and navigated a tricky groom for my 15 year old Chloe who is quite fragile and unsteady on her feet, she was outstanding. Chloe’s hair cut is perfect and she wasn’t in distress at all. I highly recommend this salon overall and wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else.

Our beautiful golden lab Tilly has been in the caring and loving hands of this team for a while now, always returning at her best after being pampered like a princess. We cannot fault the amazing work they do and there is nothing better than knowing our beloved pet is with a team of people that equally adores animals. Thank you for always looking after our girl. For some reason, this salon said I gave a false review.When in reality I did not, I had called earlier to organise an appointment and the lady on the phone sounded rushed and unorganised. She sounded too busy on the phone to take the time to explain the process for my small dogs groom, My dog has incredible anxiety when going to the groomers and this is something I always double check before booking. Unsure how they could say I have a false review when she didn’t even ask for my name over the phone.

My four year old cavoodle was beautifully groomed when I collected her. She was not stressed and clearly liked her groomer. The job was just what I asked for and was completed in timely fashion so she wasn't kept hanging about. Great job, thanks!

They fitted me in last December to get the dog sorted out. Did a great job, I take her in four times a year, and they are great.I did think that the last time I got her groomed that they did a better job, but I can understand she might not be the greatest patient.(She might not look happy in the photo, but she had pats before and after the shot was taken.)

I normally put up a wonderful review on this salon but I was a little disappointed with my peppers cut this time. He normally comes home smelling so nice and with a bib or ribbon on him. He has no clean smell . It's like he wasn't washed. And his feet could of been clipped a little better. For 90$ for a tiny dog. I think a little more effort could of been put in. I know it was the last dog for the day and you were extra busy but I'm paying top dollar so I I'm a bit disappointed.
