Your employee Shrinivas is a terrible person. Insulted me twice in front other customers. This is terrible, please improve the service quality and treat with equality.I will writing to your state manager and RAM for the worst treatment given to me. It was completely avoidable and could have been handled with more professionalism.I used to think coles Express is a better place, but I believe Mr. Srinivas think it as a some street side convenience store.Never going back again.Hope you guys train Mr. Srinivas good and teach him some manners and customer etiquettes.Thank you

Not happy at all, this is my 7 visits in 3 months that their car wash service is closed for some funny reason. The stuffs dont show any apologies rather point you to complaint their higher management. Big waste of time and money, and you can’t trust them for their services.
