Well presented store, nice layout & a large variety selection of scented candles, diffusers and mist spray.

I love this shop it has a lot of nice candles and the staff are very friendly

Recently was about to pay but the 2 salesperson busy talking to other customers as if those were buying, waiting for 5 mins in the counter but I left...they dont want my money. Haha (@ westpoint 1/9/22)

Love their staff and specials

My visit to the Blacktown Store in Westpoint was somewhat disappointing, although no complaints about my purchase or the assistant that served me. However, after having signed up to membership ( and paying $10 for it some 2 months ago) when I went to the counter, it appeared I had NOT been registered. My assistant was polite enough but the the other, not so much and said I need to prove my membership by showing the receipt... Who keeps a receipt for so long I asked but that's what was required. Quick thinking, I managed to check from my mobile my bank transactions and through the time and date, they then printed out the receipt. It turns out the assistant back then, had made an error with my email ID. I think it's a shame that the second assistant, who was more senior to the one I had been served by, didn't have it in her to apologise. Just bad customer service on her part and she wouldn't even make eye contact.. Shame!

Good customer service. Staff was very helpful. Store was neat and clean. Good vibes in the store. Beautiful candles are available with different offer. Overall experience was good. I highly recommend this store. Must visit this store
