She saved us tens of thousands of dollars by alerting me to the potential impact of the foreign buyer surcharge, made the time to call us on a Saturday just prior to the auction to confirm contract details, kept us in the loop during settlement with regular updates, and was always happy to answer my newbie questions. Carole was a great advocate and source of advice with regard to the conveyancing services she provided for a property I recently sold. I was dealing with a dodgy real estate agent who had failed to inform me of a number of pertinent pieces of information pertaining to the real estate agency agreement, property contract etc and Carole's no-nonsense, firm approach was what was needed to deal with the situation. I appreciated Carole's knowledge of the legislation associated with real estate agency conduct and my rights as a consumer of these services.
