Jason Windows

We had our Jason windows installed by West coast Windows installation. I love our new sliding glass door. We got double glazed and it's really reduced the heat and sound. We also had a mesh security screen installed and it still looks so clear that it lets lots of light and air though and doesn't ruin the look at all.Adam installed our security door and I was incredibly impressed by his neatness and pride in his work. He went the extra mile to help out ensuring we could use the same lock for all our doors.

Excellent service from service centre, bookings, communication and technicians. The install of our doors and windows was top notch. We had an issue with one of our locks and they were efficient and professional to organise a time to get back to rectify the issue. Technicians were very knowledgeable and helpful. Happy with the services from start to finish - will recommend to anyone!

Don't waste your time. On their website it mentions they are able to work on both doors and windows. I contacted them for a quote but they referred me to another company and said the standard of work would be the same. The company they referred me to did not offer the services I asked for - wooden entry doors and flyscreen repairs. I contacted both companies to say that this was not suitable and go zero response.

Russell did a brilliant job on our front screen door! We thought it was broken and came close to breaking fingers trying to lock and unlock the door. Turns out it just needed za fine tune and now it works perfectly!!

West Coast Window Installations provided a great service and a great price for installing our Jason windows. I was impressed by their communiation and happy and friendly team. The installers also made sure that they cleaned the area they worked in and even put up the clips that held our blinds. Very happy with my windows and the installation

Having just moved into a new home I would have expected the windows were easy to unlock. I would hate to be caught in a fire trying to get out the windows as the locks are sloppy and impossible to open on most occasions. I have pulled my hair out trying to open them sometimes. This happened also at the last place I was in, which was 15 years old, but they don't seem to have improved. I had one episode after moving into my new home with a front door lock and Jason windows were very helpful and fixed the problem promptly, but the windows are impossible.

As an owner builder I needed expert advice, Jason’s sales man Richard was a wealth of knowledge, any issues where address straight away.The products at great quality.All the staff are very helpful.Do your self’s a favour and use Jason’s you won’t be sorry.

This company is exceptional! We have had a couple of minor problems and they have been taken care of under warranty in such a brilliant way that we really appreciate Jason and we will only ever build with Jason windows in the future!Thank you to the support team and the company.No matter what your builder tells you demand these windows!

Edit: works completed and issues sorted. Seems to have been data input errors, miscommunications and all sorts of confusion leading to the situation, which is understandable.Would’ve been nice to have not experienced the rude attitude of the initial customer service rep and to have not had to resort to a google review to have the issue looked into in a considerate and professional manner though.APPALLING service. Installed windows and a sliding door with security screen 3 years ago as I worked for an affiliated company and truely believed they had a great product with great customer service record. I have gone from an advocate to the complete opposite in a matter of days after asking them to come look at a broken lock on the door. Jason windows is denying that the product is theirs- they agree that the door is theirs as there is a label on it, but somehow the security screen isn’t their product as it has no label…. It is all a part of the same frame so this is like saying my car is a Toyota but the car door must be some other brand. It’s absurd. The woman I am dealing with is incredibly rude and dismissive. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I am now having to dig up receipts to prove that the door is theirs so they will come look at it. The whole experience is just so incredibly disappointing and has been going on for weeks. By all means go with Jason windows- but don’t expect them to come out when their product breaks. You’ll be having to call a locksmith so factor that in to your budget.
