John and Jed were very professional starting from quote inspection until the very end when job was finished. Very responsive and accommodating/flexible with time, very efficient. John was very knowledgeable and experienced and this was truly reflected upon his work.

Do yourself a favour & if you have any roofing problems give these guys a call , John & Nigel repaired a leak , re pointed , replaced broken tiles & pressure cleaned the entire roof which came up brilliant. Nigel & John really know their stuff & it showed with the outstanding result. These guys are really friendly & professional & was a real pleasure doing business with them & will certainly not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Can’t recommend John and Jed highly enough! They were so punctual and friendly. Their workmanship is terrific and exceeded my expectations. The final cost was the same as quoted at the start. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent roof restoration and paint job.

We recently purchased our house and one of the inspection report’s issues was the poor condition of the roof..pointing, flashing, capping, broken tiles and faded dull coloring..wanting to use a local expert I did a bit of research and given previous great reviews contacted John at Prime Roof Restorations. So glad we did as within a few hours John was over and up on the roof doing an assessment which agreed with our property report. We went with John’s quote and within a week he’d organized safety scaffolding, a roof clean and then he and the boys were up there replacing cracked tiles, re pointing, rectifying capping issues and replacing very poorly installed flashing (it was held on by painted over tape). After all the repairs were completed (including 50 cracked and broken tiles, some poorly repaired with silicon..good grief!!), the roof was completely repainted. From contact to finish took a week and a half. I cannot recommend John and the boys highly enough..great bunch of guys, professional friendly, hard working, on time, everything cleaned up and left spotless and we now have a pretty much brand new roof. Even our neighbors have shown interest in getting there roofs done. Wonderful work…thanks for a great job
