The Bearded Chap - Luxury Men’s Grooming Products

Love love LOVE the coffee scrub. The only scrub I’ve ever used where my skin genuinely feels better and softer after not just attacked. First time using this product and will definitely get it again!

We have been customers of the Bearded chap since they first hit the market with their beard oil. Their product range is second to none, for a natural luxury brand they continue to exceed expectation. Recently we had an issue with postage, the customer service team were prompt in getting back to me and rectified the issue swiftly and with friendly communication. Not many companies have 5 star service and 5 star products, but this company has them both! Welldone team! Your efforts in service and releasing products that maintain such a high standard don't go unnoticed. Beard oil, deodorant, matte clay and beard wash are ongoing staples for my husband 10/10.

Edit: As soon as I posted this someone from the Customer Service team reached out to me to explain the issues with stock which I completely understand and I was given an ETA on arrival of the product. My emails went to their spam folder, so would suggest calling their customer service team if you have any issues with delays (something I probably should have done originally in hindsight). Really appreciated the phone call so have changed my score. Looking forward to receiving the Deodorant.I don't ever leave google reviews and normally can understand when small companies are not as efficient as bigger ones, but the lack of service with these guys has been terrible. Ordered on the 20th December and my order still has not been shipped.I tried emailing, Facebook message and Instagram DM to complain privately without putting them on blast, but am still yet to receive a response to any. I understand things might have been delayed over the Christmas period, and Covid issues, but just something in terms of an ETA would have helped.

The most amazing quality products and customer service!My husband highly rates these products - he uses the beard oil, beard wash and beard balm. They smell just divine. I love knowing we are supporting an Australian small business that produces quality products.The customer service rates a particular mention. Due to Australia Post delays, the parcel I ordered for Christmas was at risk of not showing up for Christmas. I called and actually spoke to the owner. He said he would investigate - he did within the hour and called me back. As a just in case he proposed an amazing solution if the parcel didn't arrive (it did) but I couldn't have been happier. Probably the best customer service I have experienced all year. Highly recommend this company and their products - you will not be disappointed!

Lazy, incompetent IT and Sales team. You cant unsubscribed from their marketing emails. They won't respond to emails requesting assistance.Good products, although pricey, but I won't be shopping with them again.

Love these products as they are great value for money, smell fantastic and provide awesome care for my beard. Have always found them to send my order promptly.

Love this product. I have been looking for a natural deodorant that works all day and this is the one! It smells great too!
