Great service,,a gentleman works there and his very helpful,,one day i was there with my daughter and a lovely lady that works there ask me if id like my gold bracelet and necklace cleaned and she cleaned them for free

Great service when rings were purchased. Unfortunately after going to pick them up after sizing very rude staff member and rings just basically thrown in a box and don't even sit properly. Also wedding band has a scratch on it. Very poor considering I spent close to 6k....not happy
