Austral Windscreens replaced my high end windscreen without a fuss and for about $150 less than the other quotes.One of those quotes was from a company known to most people who tried various dubious sales tactics. They went through an unnecessary process to get personal data from me before providing a quote. And the initial quote was something ridiculous but when I did not capitulate, the sales guy said “let me speak to my manager” and still came back with a high quote.Often the quality of a job is attention to detail. Austral Windscreens, unlike every other windscreen replacements I’ve had over the years, removed and replaced the mechanic’s service reminder sticker.Austral Windscreens also had a generous warranty on their work. I would definitely recommend them.

A staff member fit me in at the last minute due to a broken power window that occurred in a storm, he couldn’t fix the issue as it needed to go to a smash repairer and because of this, the service came at no charge, even though he took the time to come to me and have a look at it and not only that he also waterproofed the window to ensure it stayed dry inside until I could get to a smash repairer! Lovely & friendly service. Highly recommend.
